In 1947, hard-boiled detective Rafael Jones’ first job is to investigate a shady cult as well as some possible stolen Russian Art.

Soon he finds himself coming face to face with a historic figure who was supposedly strangled, shot and finally drowned back in 1916. Is it really the same man? And if so, how can he still be walking the Earth? And is he involved both the cult and the art smugglers?

Rafael is about to find out, but the answer could leave him a changed man forever…

So, the rules with Audible say that if we have an audiobook with them, we can’t have it available elsewhere. No one has nibbled on buying it direct from us through our store.

I do know there are people who just use Audible, because they want to get their subscription’s worth. And there are book clubs who only choose books where their members can get it in audiobook form. It seems better to put it on a site where it will be easily found and used. So the book is now available through Audible and Amazon. So now “Forever’s Too Long” is available exclusively through Audible and Amazon.

In the meantime I’m removing the downloadable audiobook option (which I was supplying personally) of “Forever’s Too Long” from my online store. I’m going to put the links for both Audible and Amazon there instead, so you can get your own audiobook through either of those sites.

I will be adding and I-Tunes Link as well once it is available there.

I’m looking into ways to make it possible to buy directly from this website, especially with our development of an audio version of the first book. More will follow, but right now, my voice artist has a very bad cold so he can’t record right now. (By the way, if you want that quasi-antique phonograph, I found it a Kohl’s ad)

I know a lot of people would rather buy directly from a creator than a large corporation, and I’ve found out Audible is a pretty expensive resource for audiobook listeners, so we want to make options available. We will also have CD sets available and I’d like for people to be able to buy signed books without having to take the initiative and hit Contact Me (but totally contact me if you want a signed copy). Maybe a pdf download purchase option, too. After all, the easier it is for readers to get their books instead of having to open extra tabs, the better, right?

A Question For The Audience Regarding An Audiobook Version of “Forever’s Too Long”

Hello everyone. Today, I’m looking for feedback from all of you. Below are 3 audio versions of the same intro to “Forever’s Too Long”. The goal here is to find what style you the audience find most appealing, so Allan and I can proceed with turning the novel into a full-scale audiobook. My hope is to have it ready in time for the holidays so it can be released along with the print and e-book version of “Forever Haunted” the second installment of this series.

Each of us did a recording of the prologue separately, and then we did one together.

Please give a listen to each and let us know which style you like best. Mind you, listening to all three from start to finish would take about 10-11 minutes. But if you don’t have that kind of time, please listen to the 1st minute of each and give us your feedback.

We sincerely thank you in advance for your help with this because I sincerely wish to bring you only the best when it comes to my work.
